As a general guide the number of sessions you require are usually between 4 -6 sessions.
- First session: Two hours; its information gathering, hypno-set up and where we get you
started. - Second session: One week later for 1 hour – focus on any emotional issues that may be
contributing to holding onto the weight. - Third session: Two weeks later
- Four plus sessions: Three – four weeks later
All sessions time frames are arranged based on an individual’s needs.
