These sessions are where we collaborate in a therapeutic healing environment to create significant shifts in a condensed period of time, to release blocks, emotions, feelings that are holding a person back and to propel significantly towards making desired goals. The synergetic healing energy created in these sessions allows us to explore more deeply without interruption those unknown factors behind a person’s issues, emotions, feelings and resulting Behaviours.
People who experience these sessions make significant changes in a short period of time and often opt for a break through session as their first therapy session.
Break Through Sessions are a minimum of three hours and range up to a full day or over a number of days. They often encompass a variety of therapies from Hypnotherapy, Visual Emotional Repatterning System, Brainspotting, Tapping / EFT, NLP, Mindful practices and other psychotherapy techniques.
