The course consists of six weekly sessions for children and adults. The time frame of the course is organised based on individual needs.
Children: After school and during school holidays.
Adults: During the day and / or evenings.
Creating a Great Relationship with Yourself.
Can you answer the question? ‘Who Am I?’ A clue is that you are not, the life roles you play, e.g. mother, husband, friend, daughter, son. By discovering ‘Who Am I”, by ‘Being Who I Want To Be’ as a starting point is a spring board to feeling more comfortable and confident living in your own body. The flow on is creating healthier, happier relationships with others and being true to yourself in the life you lead.
Compassionate Tapping – First Aid 4 The Soul (Commencing 2019)
This six week course, 1 – 1.5hrs once a week or a full day workshop is a combination of two powerful healing techniques that can bring about major changes and profound healing at a very deep level.
The aim is to give you a resource that empowers you to take control of any underlying issues that may result in overwhelming emotions, thoughts or physical discomforts. It places you in the driver’s seat of being able to heal yourself so that you can enjoy your life in health and wellbeing.
The course is designed into two Phases.
Phase One: Foundation Course
Phase Two: Advanced
